Brian Nathan / Vice President
Brian is responsible for underwriting and evaluating potential acquisitions, preparing investment memoranda, and asset management. Prior to joining MAC, Brian worked in public accounting, corporate finance, and real estate investing. Most recently, he was an Investment Analyst at Prudential Mortgage Capital Company, working on portfolio management and valuation of the company’s General Account.
Brian earned his Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting and Business Administration from USC. He currently holds a CPA license in the state of California.
