Khalil Betbout / Vice President
Khalil is responsible for underwriting and evaluating potential acquisitions, preparing investment memoranda, and asset management. Prior to joining MAC, Khalil was a member of the acquisitions team at Clarion Partners in Los Angeles, covering all asset types on the West Coast. Previously, he was an Analyst at HFF, working on equity and debt financing for institutional clients.
Khalil received a B.S. degree in International Business from the University of Maryland, College Park.
